Peppermint - Peppermint is an antiphlogistic, which prevents inflammation of the skin, and provides a cool, refreshing sensation during and after shaving.

Geranium - Geranium is both an analgesic and an antiseptic.

Eucalyptus - Eucalyptus is a cicotrisant, which is an agent that helps to heal irritation, and a vulnerary, another helpful agent in the healing process. Eucalyptus is also an antiseptic.

Clove - Clove is a strong analgesic and antiseptic, and it also helps to fight bacteria.
